Vote at Lake Otis Elementary 3331 Lake Otis Parkway

The University area precinct is the largest land area in the district, with the smallest population. On the northern western tip of the district is the largest voting block, residing in Anchor Park Subdivision. Other homes and residences are found along the major roads and their side-roads, UAA Drive, Providence Drive, and the University Housing. The precinct is the home of University of Alaska, Alaska Pacific University, Alaska Psychiatric Institute, McLaughlin Youth Center, and Providence Hospital.

The boundaries of the district are Northernlights Blvd.on the north. On the east , the precinct is bordered by the platted Pine Street (undeveloped wetlands, and then winds around to the southern boundary -- the southern shoreline of University Lake to the western boundary -- Lake Otis Boulevard.
